Upper management is garbage obviously, but I've grown increasingly disappointed in local management lately too.
Increase in micromanagement across the board, increasingly siloing things in the name of efficiency, seemingly no appetite to push back against more asinine BT initiatives, and an absolute head-in-the-sand approach to attrition. Corporate creatures that are stalking this board: you're doing a bad job and you should feel bad.
A lot of it is upper management, they are sooooooo out of touch with reality. This is a high performance organization of running folks off.
