Anyone else on leave, being told by Salesforce that “no action is required”, yet is being treated like a laid off employee e.g access to Intranet and emails got cut off?
Employees on parental leave are NOT protected from layoffs in the U.S. Yet, any employee who’s being let go needs to be informed.
