Look at the 9th document in the package. Page 1 definition of "Base Pay" and then table on Page 4. Make sure they have the numbers calculated properly. Hearing about lots of people with issues.

I asked personnel via email because their formula showed I was entitled to 2 weeks more than stated in the severance package and was told that since they’re paying me for 2 weeks after my last working day they subtract 2 weeks from the severance package
Why do you think they closed the offices? It was not because of respect for those laid off. By using the zoom calls and webinars, they obviously hired temporary workers so they can conduct the meetings. For all you know, the person you talked to might have been flipping the burger from McDonalds. What a sad day this last Tuesday.
I have now received three different severance amounts from HR, none of which are accurate based on the calculation documents they provided. All the amounts I've received are lower than what it should be. What a coincidence. I can't tell if it's incompetence or attempted theft.
We now have the proof: CSG HR is led and staffed by sh-t-for-brains
My guess is that several in HR will be let go after they “transition” ppl out of the org. They care about as much as the former employees
What about bonus that would be based on rating the managers gave for 2022 ? Aren’t they getting paid as part of severance ?
I have never seen a layoff as mismanaged as this has been. Effected employees are being given a number and are now told that the signed and counter signed docs are in error (in our favor) now they want to lower the amount and have us sign a new document. Is that even legal?
Mine was off by a couple of weeks. I've heard folks are getting amendment letters stating there will be a revised and corrected letter sent to them, but I haven't received one yet. These folks can't get anything right...
