When MC took the helm as DEI champion I knew legacy employees who generated significant value were at risk of his woke ideologies. While simply a messenger for McKenzie and the WEF, his programs have led to firings of many qualified “majority” employees with an eye toward diversity. McKenzie is now leading an initiative to coach, mentor, develop, and promote unqualified and less represented candidates. Who will create the value from underperforming alternative energy assets going forward? I fear for BPs future which will ultimately lead the company to being nationalized. They don’t behave like a public company, so they should just fall into the arms of the UK and be done with it.

You have 4 back to back posts complaining about "Woke" ideologies - I'm assuming you're a white male who is now losing his sh-t because other people are getting the same opportunities he was supposed to get? Oh and thanks for stopping at the WEF - I was half waiting for Soros and the global elites to get a mention...or are you more of a Great Reset kind of guy? WWG1WGA Qultist? D-mba$$
MC is the head of DEI and WEF is the World Economic Forum.
Can you spell out MC and WEF?
Nah, this isn't a trolling post. I work here. Its accurate.
Probably not a troll. Seems that OP has posted a few on point comments. Much like Russia it’s difficult for misinformation and false narrative to prevail against facts. BL and his LT have created a culture of blind faith which is a really bad thing for a public company.
Troll alert, don't respond to it.
