More good people gone while we're still stuck with unnecessary levels of management. It's like they don't realize who actually does the work that pays the bills and brings in the profit at this place. Once, just once, I'd like to be surprised by their choices in a positive way.

It's been said before but it's worth repeating, we're now left working for a train wreck or dumpster fire (pick one). CSG customers pay the bills, and they deserve better than the pitiful support we currently provide - and it continues to decline each week. What a fiasco!
