I feel sorry for people affected and I hope that everyone will find better jobs soon.
What is unclear is how this company intends to continue functioning without all the knowledgeable people who have been laid off.
Wouldn't it be more rational to get rid of some highly paid useless managers in order to keep employees whose hard work and competence are really needed by this company?
