There is so much anxiety here. It would mean a lot to all of us having some consolidated data at this moment.
I have spoken to males in my line of business - they are still there...
I have spoken to females and or was told about females who were laid off- everybody I know about that was laid off is female.
I have heard from a reliable source that the layoffs are 3 days - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. About 500 people in the US, plus another 500 outside. Nearly 10% of the company. As for my own observations: It seems like the very new and the very senior are being let go. I know three different people who had been at the company over 30 years, and a couple more that had been less than 3 months. Managers seemed to have no input as to who got let go. They were just given a list and a little 'layoff training' a couple days before it started.
Did anyone get a surprise 1 on 1 on their calendar that wasn't scheduled yesterday? Curious to know if they are still laying off in the US.
There are severe regulations and work councils in EU that are involved when mass layoffs happen, it will require months before it happens

I was an Audio Team Leader, Tampa Bay, FL - they didn't even pull my team to inform them. I was eliminated at 9AM and they didn't say a word all day to my team - that's cold.
