Lots of vagueposting on this site. “Do what I did and leave! You will be much happier!” What exactly DID you do? No details are ever given about what job or industry one went into. Even if it is true, you are assuming that the people you’re talking down to have the same education, skills and talent as you do. No two situations are ever the same. Instead of busting on the people still there, have some empathy for them. It was bad when you left. Imagine how bad it must be now.
It’s entertainment for those of us who left . It’s like “Wow, there’re people still there suffering and nothings changed .” We’re hoping one day we check in and you’ve all come together to turn the place around. Slim chance I guess. Seems like everyone is looking out for themselves and just dealing with the BS. Going to enjoy my hot pocket .

Verizon was hiring back in November. Made it to final round of interviews. It was worth a shot. Would have been nice to work like a gentleman in an established union .
