TIBCO and Citrix don't have a legal requirement to get the same severance. CSG was supposed to honor the severance rules in place for each company prior to the merger. TIBCO's standard severance was one week per year. Citrix had a better package.
Curious if US TIBCO & CITRIX are receiving the same severance packages and if not, is there any legal resource here?
US (TIBCO) - 1 week per year of service capped at 26 weeks. 2 months COBRA (medical coverage). That's it.
Still waiting on my severance details.

Mine is very generous.
Six weeks pay plus 2 weeks per year of service.
Weeks of pay divided by 4 (rounded up) months of health care (medical/dental/vision)
All cash converted RSUs accelerated vested
Well worth the wait.
Yet to see anyone receive theirs yet.
