With Australia and Europe done, it's our turn now. Good luck, everybody! May those who want to leave be granted their wishes, and those who want to stay have an uneventful day devoid of any notifications.

Anyone with empathy is hurting today over this. At least two that I know came out ahead so that did make the day better. I would assume anyone who can help someone displaced will do so.
Europe not done. Many countries are still awaiting. This will go on for rest of the week.
I know a people who left last year and got a salary increase of 15-20%, so it depends on you skills and experience. High-performers will be better prepared for what comes next.
@url+1kCopGEC personally know a few people who left last year are job hopping again because their comp packages are in the toilet and making the same or less than when they left. Also some of those companies are having layoffs too after their stock cratering.
@anonymous fingers crossed for stay or go ?
I won't lie, after so many years of being employed at Citrix (and now CSG), I'm really worried about our collective future. My regret, I should have left last year when the job market was better. Now I feel stupid for waiting in the hope that things would improve.
Thanks. Fingers crossed.
