April says that the senior leaders are "responsible to sacrifice more than our team members". This is great news, in addition to the base pay cuts can we assume that we will also see more than 5% of the senior leadership headcount cut? Will the stock grants for the senior leadership be directed to the individual contributors within their teams? Let's see the senior leaders truly make a sacrifice and pass on all stock awards to their team members.
I personally would love some of the $16 Million in stock that April has sold over the last 7 years.
