Rumor has it Kohler is "reimagining" employee's jobs. Again. Imagining people without jobs, income, insurance, and hope.
I would imagine this is what happens as they push all their product development and manufacturing to Mexico, China and India.

@8ust Former KOHLER employee here... any idea how the company is doing these days? Especially PD&D? Any minor layoffs since 2023?
Does anyone know what the severance pkg is for sales/marketing? Specifically director level.
