if you're still with us, look at the new business model folks, not what they tell you but what they've been wanting to do all along, services, and see if you fit and plan exit accordingly

If your org just got hit, Just check HA and DS orgs, stacked with deadbeats VPs to prop them up as future reference.
It seems Teradata would rather keep the bu-t kissing nitwits around than experienced and skilled people. There are several other departments that follow the nitwit model such as engineering with HA, Marketing, too many to name but we all know why the VP was hired. Success is not part of the Teradata strategy with these types of decisions.
So true about nitwit. And let’s not forget nitwits partner in crime in GTM. Coordinated the extinction of learning org, yet solidifying her directorship and little enablement kingdom by kissing the a$$ of every vp and using her employees work as her own. Don’t get me started how she got into the company.
That's the company model. They are well known to promote a manager into a new title after that manager fires or lays people off. This has happened many times in the past.
Nitwit equals SB. She single handedly destroyed Customer Education revenue in a short time and was promoted as VP in Customer Success. Seems like a nice person that has been around forever and seems to get promoted to a new a job role once she has created a cr-p show. But isn’t that the Teradata model for the last 5 or so years?

The current WARN report does not show anything for November. Even so, I believe they are single-event notices. Not a blanket notice to cover future terminations.
