What motivates talented employees to remain loyal to this company even though they can get much better jobs elsewhere, I really don't know. However, it is only a matter of time before they leave. The question is why is Adidas not doing anything to retain them? They are really pushing their luck if they think that their best employees will stay here despite everything.

Glorious feeling to take off handcuffs - especially gilted and "golden" ones though - (speaking as a vet of adi, seeing the writing on the wall - and acknowledging it was there).
The fear of leaving a company this caliber promotes a culture of golden handcuff mentality “you’re the lucky one so if you see something, ignore and withstand at all cost”
