Mark was there in 2008 but to be fair, the economy was a disaster.

No, no he wasn't, he surrounded himself with yes men and shitcanned anyone who didn't tell him what he wanted to hear. And this is why the company stalled - he couldn't see reality in the last 5 years. Nice guy, a terrible business leader.
