Sorry to hear .. I sat through the 2 rounds of layoffs many years ago and remember the stress (and incomptence of local HR )

Doesn’t redundant mean multiple being the same doing something. I would think 65 redundant employees mean 65 people staying doing the same thing. Did you mean 65 people getting laid off?
