They are not listening to the employees. More people are getting ready to walk. They will be back-filled with less experienced people who do less work.
The cycle never ends. This is, yet, another warning so you know what you are walking into. I urge you to think twice before taking a job offer at BPX. Its bad here. Its toxic. They under pay and under value you.
All the good technical staff are leaving or have already left. Training is in the toilet for new hires. People who are good that are still here are locked in Golden Hand Cuffs in contracts that will expire in 12 months or less. I suspect these people will leave shortly after.
This place is dead. I've watched some good ones leave in the last few months and the writing is on the wall. I've been biding my time but now I have my exit. I'm out soon. Leaving this place in my rear view mirror and never looking back.
