This company has a very high attrition rate with people not lasting longer than 2 years in most cases without either getting shipped out or leaving on their own.
I working in a small team but I haven’t experienced anything like this before, I’ve had 4 managers in the last 20 months 2 resigned, and 2 were recently terminated.
I’m currently seeking new opportunities as I don’t feel safe here. One of the worst employers I have had in 20 years and the leadership do not care for their people.
Big conflict of interest with certain leadership members.
