Yah, I've had enough of the TINOs also but they're not going anywhere. They're in control now and telling us what to do. Yah, they have no credibility for sure.

The direction currently is to reduce costs and move engineering to developing nations like Mex and Indi where salaries are a fraction of the US. The best way to do that is to keep the employees that resemble the culture of those nations as the majority. Unfortunately that means a lot of Americans won't fit that profile. This is why diversity, ethics, and a world tour is overly promoted within the company.

Teradata In Name Only. In other words, executives with no direct experience acting as if they can make the company successful. That ship has sailed.
Teradata in name only - a rip off from the 3M in name only that was going around during 3M's decline.
I suspect this person is not trying to be cute. They're obviously someone in R&D who was let go, and are unsurprisingly really bitter about it.
