TINO RIF M.O. to watch out for - unsolicited skip level meeting

If an unsolicited skip level meeting with a TINO shows up on your calendar, decline or defer it until you get your affairs in order.

TINOs want to be able to say they feel the pain but in reality they can care less. The managers are tired of doing the senseless layoffs and besides they have little or no say on who to keep and rid off. The TINOs like to keep everyone in the dark and spring it on the unsuspecting team or manager.

So be prepared and ready!!! It's the TINOs favorite time of year!!! Sad but it's so because they feel they are saving company but actually happy there's a job for them to to save their own hide.

Good luck everyone!!!

With no new meaningful customers and existing on-Prem customers being forced to the web, the only way to make first quarter numbers will be to RIF associates. Considering how many have already been let go, you will know someone impacted next or it may be you. Nothing personal, just good business.
