Not spam, let's discuss this.
‘Quiet hiring’ will dominate the U.S. in 2023, says Gartner HR expert
TINOs are great at following the industry leaders and so have positioned themselves for 'quiet hiring'. The rank and file have been told to work on something and be ready to do something else (re-org ongoing). They will probably rehire the same skills, in the many they laid off, on short contracts and not incur long term employee costs. The permanent TINO bigwigs get to call the shot and reap the rewards on the back of short tenured workers if this place miraculously stop spiraling.
For the above reasons, anyone still here, our days are numbered so let's plan ahead and exit on our terms or the TINOs will show us the exit one of these days. Fear or misinformation? nah, just some article and thoughts for discussion.
