TINOs have employed fixers like a bad habit since the TINO era began. They are all amateur at the tasks. Instead of utilizing the most valuable assets of the company (so they say), they readily spend extra millions on top of what they're being paid for others to do the work for them leading to no improvements and disastrous results.
OR and Bain Capital led the destruction of the company with recommendations of replacing everything in the company, DH and Abbot consulting led to the fracturing of engineering into the left brain and the right brain walled silos, and NC hiring the strategy buddies at McKinsey to indoctrinate the employees and also have them work on countless initiatives but revenue still declining.
Any other consulting firms we have and still using now that is taking us to the cleaners? Maybe if the TINOs stop spending money there, we'd have less layoffs?
