It's really sad what they're doing. We were completely fine pre-acquisition. Strong profit margins, growing YOY. Had good culture. Then just to see it get melted down, for what? So the stock price can be higher?
exactly. and it is getting worse by the minute.

snps really have no clue why they bought anss and they even fired those drove the acquisition.
@OP unless you are someone that knows Ajei personally and saw the man in tears over it. The board makes the decision he fought it and lost. $$ has the power sadly and he wanted to continue the success we had. He may have benefited but, not by choice. Look where we’re are now a company that has no clue what they are doing and treat their talent like cr-p.
