He literally said there’d be layoffs in the Q3 earnings talk. Why is anyone surprised?! Two reasons not to be surprised: 1) He said it and 2) this is corporate America. It’s just the status quo.

He’s making his millions of $$$. He doesn’t give a sh-t about you and leaving you jobless right before the holidays.
Companies only care about the Business and not you. You are just a resource.
His primary goal is to increase the stock price because that is his main compensation. He will do anything to make that happen.
