I know a restructure was said to take place and 180 store closures.. do you think we will restructure all of the territories? How do we think Sr. Directors and Directors will be impacted? Or possibly Sr. Managers and Assistant Managers?

There was a time when a Sr. Dir of retail had 100 stores and DM (now Dir) had 15. This was when there was an Ops person at each store and multiple dedicated customer service reps. Stores were very busy then with sales and service traffic.
They can easily lose half of the Sr. Directors and DMs and not miss a beat. Over time it's comical the sales leaders jobs got smaller while staff functions jobs got larger.
Dont get me started on the Presidents who are just glorified sales cheerleaders. Back in the day they had CS, Finance, HR, Network, Ops, Marketing, etc all rolling in under them.
180 stores / 6 markets is 30 stores each market closing, if it's cut evenly, 30 stores is like a while territory within a market... or depending on how many territories you have in a market, could cut like 4-6 stores per territory. I'm guessing for mine they will reduce by 1 or 2 Sr directors. Just a guess...
