If you’re worried, you only have yourself to blame. Don’t blame leaders. The company literally gave a huge buyout last year with VSP and arrogant bozos decided to not take it and now there’s all this turmoil. The company has been in a downward spiral for years and the writing has been on the wall. Look at all the reputable leaders that left with VSP. No lessons learned from the first VSP and countless layoffs and outsourcing since. Did you really think your job was going to be more secure AFTER VSP? You reap what you sow.

All the old, tired, talented, reliable, and perceived as dead wood took the VSP package last year because it was inferred they were the problem with Verizon. They weren't the problem after all; it was the management all along and the bad business decision they made over the past decade.
and have to deal with abrasive toadies like you? nope.
For Those who were eligible, When announcing the 2nd VSP June 2024, HR was crystal clear that “change was coming”. They specifically articulated that V Teamers could volunteer to leave, but if they stayed, to understand that if layoffs were to occur in the future the payouts wouldn’t be as lucrative. Empathy for those not eligible but confused by those shocked by these most recent events. The dynamics of retail are evolving and Verizon responding with “actionable plans” would be prudent.
@OP what a clown. Either you are one of those that was offered and stayed or you don't even work for the company. Not everyone was offered and many of us would have taken it if we were. Stop these stupid posts, it's really getting old.
@ah Better than the ones who stayed. Clearly
“All the reputable leaders who left” really?
Yes, many of us would love to have taken the vsp, but it was not offered to all groups.
Shoulda RTOd when asked. Tsk tsk
OP is a mo--n.
