Nobody needs Hypershield. The only folks promoting it have zero credible experience in security and keep making fools of themselves. I betcha Palo is laughing hard.
when will Hypershield actually be ready? there are some good visions but still poor execution. Two years since it's been announced and still getting pushed back

If only CR could see the massive conman G2 is. That guy thinks of himself as Steve Jobs, blissfully unaware his only talent is to over promise and under deliver. Hypershield is a disaster in the making. TG is a failed VMware drop out who's done nothing but churn out self-promoting videos. The entire SBG leadership is inept. The numbers speak for themselves.

The security sales teams are terrible. They are inept and cannot sell security. Even worse are the managers they are totally useless. One of my weakest technology disciplines I sell.

SBG cannot be salvaged.
Lesson learned: you cannot build a long-term sustainable growth business by making dozens of acquisitions and nothing else. Its like trying to build a car by visiting the scrap yard.
There is no "platform", nothing interoperates, everything is tech debt.
You will never see a market more generous....huge tech budgets everywhere, lots of security news to encourage investment...if SBG can't make it in this market, its truly hopeless.
I'd say get rid of TG and the other ELT related to SBG but it wouldn't matter. SBG cannot be fixed, it will just take on more water and pull down other initiatives.
So what did G2 achieve then? Silicon One is CHG
