No bloated teams or legacy staff that barely know how to open a conference call. Intel lifers are the worst bottom feeders. Intel needs talent and a professional workforce. Investing in Oregon was really not a smart choice.

Easy. AMD has a much leaner management structure, and hires the best people for the job rather than peole who check the right boxes.
