Benefits in 2026 are virtually nonexistent, and I can't believe there hasn't been a lawsuit. Wages are equally terrible. It’s a shame. Employees face exploitation at every level, while management is taking advantage of workers whenever they can.

During a meeting, someone falsely claimed that our benefits surpass those of a competitor. In reality, the competitor pays significantly more and treats their employees with more respect. Such remarks only increase employee frustration. Management tends to praise flattering comments but becomes offended by any dissenting opinions. Meanwhile, your employees are suffering. Also, why not compare yourselves to companies that are far ahead of Waters? If you want our instruments to match a certain smartphone manufacturer, look at how much they pay their employees and examine the benefits offered to our pharmaceutical industry clients. Currently, we are the industry's laughing stock regarding pay and benefits.
