I left TD not long ago because I could no longer stand the way it was managed. I'm an outsider now, but I still follow this forum sometimes.
It is impossible to expect transparency from TD because the company no longer cares about employees at all. According to what I read here, engineering groups are the most affected. Is that true? What other groups are affected?
I know it's not very comforting, but a lot of people finally felt some relief once they got out of TD.
