I am going to be laidoff and need to find another job quickly that has similar salary, ie $200k+ and bonuses.

San Jose, Austin if you aren't in the fab. Phoenix if you are. OR is awful
It is easier to flip some burgers or cook potato chips for 20 salary than cooking broken chips for 200K salary OP. There are plenty of jobs in Oregon outside of Intel too. Do you want to own a $20 Intel stocks or $200 Intel stocks ? It is your choice.

I'm sorry to hear that. I have a feeling that I will be cut as well. If you don't mind sharing. Was the redeployment option offered? What is the package? The last day is 25Q4 or 26Q1?
Well, good luck with that. Your only real hope is to find a remote-only job, because Oregon's job market svcks mud right now thanks to the powers-that-be in Salem. You'll be lucky to clear $125k w/ no bonuses for any tech job, let alone a position paying $200k or more.
You only hope of making that much bank around here is to open a non-profit, su-k up to the Portland City Commission (or to Kotek herself) and grift your way to that kind of payday.
I’m sorry to hear that. Things really aren’t looking good right now. There aren’t many prospects out there, but that seems to be the case across the market in general. It also depends a lot on the type of work and the position you were in.
If you don’t mind sharing, when would be your expected last day? I think I might be in the same boat, but honestly, I’m kind of okay with it. If it happens, it happens. It would actually be a bit convenient timing wise.
I’m also open to relocating out of Oregon, so that gives me a few more options. But yeah, things aren’t looking great here. Hillsboro, Oregon, even Washington, and honestly, California too.
