Many years ago the company would publish the range of salaries across pay grades. I haven't seen that in forever. Does anyone have a clue where things stand now for bands 5, 6 and 7?

If there are job postings, there are a few states that require the salary range to be listed. CO and NY come to mind but there are probably other states as well.
Range within a band varies widely depending on job family
band 7 approximate range 85-130 (the largest concentrated group of contributors)
band 6 approximate range 140-175 (some, but very few contributors, or leaders here)
band 5 approximate range 175-220 (this group and band 4), revolving door overpaid uselessness, make the fanciest of presentations, answer questions like politicians, and waste everyone else's time with useless meetings / calls, change directions 180 degrees back and forth year over year, and never spend enough time in the role to know sh-t about sh-t.
PLUS locale pay adjustments, STI/LTI , and the amount of time with company
Not appropriate my a-s!
top pay for 1 level is about 168k
Not the right time to talk about this while there is RIF happening in my opinion
You can also just go to Glassdoor and get an idea
They post the pay range on all (or nearly all) US job postings. I don't think it's on the million retail postings or sales roles currently coming out daily though, presumably due to commission, but I'm not in payroll or compensation or whatever dept handles all that
They don't want you to know what some of the upper level management gets paid to tell you that the chocolate rations have been increased from 2% last month to 2.27% this month.
