In the email about lp they also talked about this new director role. Is ej finally gonna stop pretending gp is about anything other than how much you kiss up? Some of the partner jobs are less scope than some of the dl's so guess if you have a big job but you aren't on the favorite kiss up list you get to be a "executive level" director now? nowhere near the money but all the work while they hire a gp over you who you have to tell how to do his job.6 years this place keeps going down

Enterprise Reimagined is about reducing levels between ideas at the ground floor to the top and getting them to serve our clients better? Yeah, right. Penny and the ELT keep adding high level positions. They have also cut tons of people who have no one reporting to them. These people are not even part of the "levels". ER has nothing to do with Penny's stated purpose. There are ulterior motives at play here. Do not trust Penny and her dimwitted clan.
MD is another level they want to add in between Sr Director and GP. Knowing that these GPs can't do anything other than host TAP trips, they need people that actually know what they are doing. It's a BS role, giving people hope that they just got bumped up.
