If the growth projections were unrealistic, how did Frank beat them every quarter he was CEO? Is some of this you couldn't match up?

I don't understand. When Frank was causing long term harm to the company in order to boost the short term results, the short term results were fine. But after Frank left the short term results were poor. Why couldn't you continue causing long term damage to Fiserv like Frank did?

Surprisingly Frank isn’t in handcuffs yet, inflating numbers, firing thousands of employees without any severance, I’m sure there are law suits brewing
