You get what you pay for

When is Wayfair going to learn that you get why you pay for. We need to stop with all these oversea agents. They either don’t have enough training, don’t care, etc. The majority don’t help the callers and just make matters worse.

They are telling specialized agents to allow customers to donate or dispose. Why dont they just process these themselves? They set expectations with customers and tie our hands with how we are supposed to do our jobs.

Overseas agents have way more power than US agents, they are creating a lot of problems. Why do we no longer have any authority?

Its crazy that ISL (India) has been given the authority to handle the wims and rap holds. It's such a mess. Tickets are being closed with no response or they don't do any research and deny the claim.

They should get csats for the tickets they're assigned instead of us having to tell customers we will reopen the ticket and get a poor csat for it.
