I believe it only impacts who has made good $ . not the real workforce.

Agree! The usual chatter is not being heard. I know many people asking around those that are in BR and everyone says the same thing…. It’s quiet. Oddly quiet. Has no one really spilled anything yet?
They don’t know the details of the layoffs so they’ve been told to shut up and pretend it’s BAU. while they know that isn’t the proper approach from an employee advocate perspective, they are too afraid to say anything because we have spineless leadership.
@a7 Odd how people are so business as usual on calls. Scheduling training and follow up calls on the 20th.. My boss is very hands on, micro manager. He has been eerily quiet and idle. Curious to know if he was spoken to already.
Everyone and I mean everyone is nervous and curious as to what is going to happen next and who will be gone. No one except the CEO and his direct staff feels safe.
