Ginny broke it, Arvind can't save it especially with RT following advice from small business owners how to run IBM.
Never forget that blockchain will save us all!
IBM is over-leveraged, slow-growing, late to cloud/AI, and burdened by bureaucracy, which puts it fundamentally behind faster-growing, leaner, and more innovative competitors. Its dividend makes it look stable, but underneath, it’s a company struggling to reinvent itself in a market dominated by nimbler players.
I think you say the same thing about AOL.
is the Baton Rouge CIC doing layoffs?
Old news.
IBM is not worth the $300 per share stock price - under incompetent Chairman AK the Senior Finace VP Kavanaugh, it has evolved into a garbage company whose share price should be in the region of $10 to $20 per share. Kramer has got it completely wrong or someone is bribing him to say good things about IBM. IBM has nothing to offer any clients or customers, except false statements about the quality of it's AI and Quantum Computing development. No US company should even consider buying IBM which has sunk to the depths of mediocrity under it's Indian management.
It is not a surprise, IBM managed by incompetent useless racists. There are multiple tribes within IBM, the white boys club and the Indian cabal. Both these tribes created a partnership. The incompetent white boys are doing the financial stealing and the Indian cabal is stealing the knowledge and move it to India.
I doubt that a knowledge ill acquired can help the Indians in the long term, while the whites are destroying the futures for the next generations.
This is a very good article, albeit painful to read:
"Layoffs at International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) will not help it lead in artificial intelligence. IBM has a history of letting opportunities to lead pass it by, and now it is no longer relevant."
Hey remember when Watson was going to cure cancer?? What a joke, and what a joke of a company:
"IBM’s only bright future is to be bought by a larger company and be part of someone else’s success."
Amen.
