Mike reads these posts? Somehow, I think he does. Unlike Frank, it seems like it gives him a pulse on employees, better than the survey. Frank used it to find out our thoughts and get revenge

Revenge, yes that's definitely what FB executed on a day to day basis. Isn't it ironic that he CHOSE to be part of the current political regime that operates in the same fashion. I hope that they investigate the h*ll out of him. Unfortunately, his fearless leader will probably pardon him.
Frank was the grinch who stole Christmas and the other 364 days in the year.
If he doesn't, I hope his trusted subordinates are. I know I'm being naive, but I have high hopes for Mike. My gut tells me he has a soul and some humanity left.
Humanity aside, though, he seems to recognize the buffoonery of Frank's policies when assessing their long-term impact. At least strategically, I'm hoping he makes moves to win back some sort of good will and semblance of loyalty or at least delay of actively seeking employment elsewhere to see what he, as the new CEO, will do to repair the immense damage that Frank has caused to company finances and employee morale.
As things currently stand, Fiserv clients are unhappy and F!serv employees are unhappy. Those who aren't planning to jump ship likely aren't because the now nearly worthless stock shares that made up a large part of their compensation now hangs like nooses around their necks.
Sad and terrible times. Even with Frank being gone, he still finds a way to ruin the holiday season. He does it every year.
SMDH.
You could be Mike, I could be Mike, any of us could be Mike….
