Considering most of us are stuck, when do you think the stock will recover ?.
Even insiders are not buying at these prices, that's the concerning part.

when i got fired i took all my ESPP that i'd never sold and invested it elsewhere. i've doubled that over the last 6 years. thanks fiserv !!!!!
your point on a dividend is very insightful. how does a legacy company like fiserv get away acting like a start up and carrying a cr-p ton of debt. this should have been a dividend payor years ago. where have the analysts been?
It is not a stock to be sitting on. What happened is a scandal. There is no dividend to cushion the blow. It will fall to the 30's or lower over the next year. Revenues are falling. Most likely there will be more change on the BOD. Giving Hau the boot was a huge indicator. PE will be climbing as poor quarterly earnings come out and they take huge 'one time' charges. Major restructuring in the works, bank on it. FI is not the only company though a shenanigans like this, dont be fooled, it was deception. Spewing unattainable forecasts is not taking lightly in the investing world.
Honestly it’s up to us…
If we can hold the ship steady, even EPS declines into next year, if we can prove our company is steadily making a come back even at a lower organic growth rate, the market should award us at least a 10x multiple and we will trade at $83/shares by YE 2026, which is 30% higher than the current price.
If the company disintegrates, then it might even just be a donut for everyone… given the massive amount of debt
If you read old posts on here there’s at least a dozen telling employees that owned stock to sell. People warned that those who did not will be left holding the bag. I feel sorry for those unable to sell - unvested shares and/or options received as a bonus. That money is lost and it represents a salary decrease for the years when earned.
i like your optimism but that's a greater than 30% return per year, does that sound achievable
you're 3-4 years from getting back to the all time high, maybe sooner with a little luck but that's a reasonable estimate
