I have been wondering about this. Everytime an indian executive is appointed, it always follow that they outsource the entire department to India. I do agree that indians are smart and good workers, but I think not all function should be outsourced. And I have seen new initiatives that they are switching vendor to a company that is headed by an indian CEO. makes me think, what is going on. why do we keep doing this

This is true when finance is gutting jobs and paying external consultants hundreds of millions of dollars a year to produce faster cash flow.
