Big corporations truly don’t care about you. Neither do the politicians, who rig labor and immigration laws as told to do by the corporations. You owe it to yourself to set a boundary and seek a different company or even career to protect yourself and do justice to your family.
I've heard from a few different news sources that some Silicone Valley AI startups have this term 996, where they work from 9am to 9pm 6 days a week.
An idea that came from China, where the government had to actually ban it.
