Some surprising names being informed today in upper management in Malta. These were not volunteers, they were shocked and blindsided.

Don't ki-l the messenger. Reddit has strict rules, especially when it comes to names and other personal and/or confidential information. Also, tens of millions of posts on Reddit get reported and removed every year and thousands of subpoenas for disclosing user data are complied with. All of this is available in their content rules and annual report if you're interested enough to search it out and read it. If it's that important to you to slander someone, you're welcome to try. It might be up for a short while, but I guarantee you it'll be deleted in the end.

Why would Globalfoundries waste resources and money on legal teams…. For people they laid off? That are no longer employees ??

No thanks. You may think you are protected and anonymous on Reddit, but in fact anyone can identify you easily just by looking at your contributions. Also, when you have an account like on Reddit you are an easy target for being sued by GF. All they need is to serve subpoena to Reddit and they would be legally obliged to all info they collected about you (i.e. your mail address, IP).
And we should quietly watch and see where they go. Then anomalously contact their new employers hr with their issues. They need to be held accountable

If true, that’s about the only decision that our disgrace of a CEO had taken in his life. Hopefully he should follow with firing his entire staff of useless stupid rejects of overpaid underworked vp and SVP before he himself is replaced.

Honestly good they deserve it. Majority are incompetent buffoons that didn’t deserve or truly earn their lofty position. Many don’t realize or know the functions of their own teams and the daily work and activities they do to perform their jobs. They gotta go and deserve to go. The fact they are shocked also just shows their inept nature and seeing the things really going on. I just hope they don’t get a similar position elsewhere
