Under OR - management by fear, lack of operational focus and execution
Under RP - add no clue period, friends and family hiring plan, chaos, dismantling of everything began, silos
Under HA - add rampant useless VP and SVP hires and promotions, fear 2.0, toxic culture, no trust or integrity, politics rule, lip service
None of these regimes have a clue on the core product but have no problem making detrimental product and staff decisions.
Current management is full of sub par hires that cannot get real lead jobs elsewhere and are learning on the job at the expense of their staff and share holders.
Look around and observe for yourself. Are you sure you still want to be in this experiment? or are you sick of it?
