United Healthcare/ Optum insight has been making billions of dollars and their stock prices have gone up. But, they(executives) will not pay their front line employees a decent wage for working. Every year the job expectations for customer service representatives keeps increasing. The AARP membership goal has increased three times in the last six months. But, this year the pay only increased by a little over 1%. United Healthcare/ Optum insight offers the worst health insurance to their Frontline employees. The insurance plans that they offer have very high deductibles. United Healthcare/ Optuminsight does not give a F**K about the front line workers. They hired over 400 representatives in the Philippines. American workers are being replaced.
