I have a very trusted connection to a manager who is connected to a SVP in North TX and there is another RIF coming up mid-late Nov. Each time they have told me it’s been true so I’m guessing this next one is as well. I don’t have specifics but it’s a good number of people. If you have any PTO beyond 40 hours use it up cuz they won’t pay you for it. If you get past this one plan on applying for a new job. I don’t know how they can keep cutting so many and still function. I wonder if the C-suite gets wind of sites like this and reads the impact and disgust people have for them. People just want to work and make a difference and get a paycheck to live. Not get all involved in drama but here we are loving our teams but hating corp. it’s sad.

@1tk Anyone know about the C&S and M&R "restructuring". Had a meeting this past Tuesday and told some will be headed to CCR. Others will stay.

@a7 tech leadership is on the chopping block, they may move those leaders to other roles.
C-Suite definitely checks this site. I’ve had conversations with a couple of them about this and they are very familiar.
IMO there's way too many a-s management and above. What do they do besides plan for layoffs. It’s crazy. My boss didnt do anything for 4 years and was promoted to an assistant director. Didn’t even have much management experience. Very green in everything. She should not have even had that job. It’s been my experience with all the directors. All they did was get the skinny on who didn’t like who and made up things about others or didn’t check out what they were hearing with a conversation. Very bad and inexperienced management there.
As in hospitals/clinics owned by Optum in TX, or as in the SVP lives there but works for OT, OI, OH corporate?
There are no more OT layoffs this year. I promise you... I know.
