Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Is there an official RTO document somewhere?

Like RTO policy & procedures? Somewhere where I can see rules. I see different people being treated differently, unfair at best, possibly illegal. I am not asking for this to be posted publicly just tell me where to look for internally as I've spent some time looking for it and I could not find it (and I dont want to go to HR or my mgr).

@OP - Wouldn’t shock me at all if Truist ends up buried under EEOC complaints and lawsuits over this RTO mess. They’ve got a habit of dropping “new policies” with zero planning or communication — managers and employees alike are left totally in the dark.
Ignore the troll below. Most employment lawyers will chat with you for free to see if your case has legs. If they think it does, they’ll usually work on contingency — meaning they don’t get paid unless you win or settle. Expect them to take about a third of whatever you get, plus court and deposition fees. And if you do go down that road, reach out to local news stations in Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, and Raleigh. Nothing gets corporate attention faster than bad press.

Dude, they can't post that and open themselves up to litigation. Heck, they can't even post a remote verses in-office mileage requirement. Now, if you are super rich and can afford an attorney who will take on your case (doubtful), I'll be happy to join your class action lawsuit for pain and suffering, gas, car maint., tolls and so on. Either su-k it up or leave.
