I bring hot sauce in to sterilize the breakfast! Otherwise beware of anything free!

Book your desk out for a month. Bring Lysol wipes, antibacterial spray and your lunch. The free breakfast is revolting. Stick to the fruit. Alternate Caribou and Starbucks to keep things interesting.

I find taking a big dump in the toilets and not flushing is soothing and relaxing! Water conservation is important in Optum circle!

Always make an effort to socialize with some of the leaders, make sure you say hello. That’s always helped me!

The break rooms are disgusting and dont get cleaned frequently. Open the fridge at your own risk
