Do you mean he cut and took some of Intel money for his troubling startup company OP ?
He’s got to find some way to spend all that cash he just got from the govt and other places…. now that the HC has been shrunk down not much is spent on employees.
It's not illegal by itself, but definitely creates perception of a massive conflict of interest, so any board with a shred of spine would block it and probably kick out the CEO immediately. I wish we had one.

It is only illegal to employees. It is ok with CEOs and other non employees because they create the laws.
