Someone please explain to me how Homecare dimensions survived the cuts That department has been losing money year over year. HS terrible leadership and so many high paying positions. Therapists making full time salary over 90k and seeing 2 patients a week. Nurses that see less than 4 patients a day and a VP who has not clue what she is doing. So many employees laid off of so many departments that are needed and this department spending money like it’s growing on trees.

@61d Do you know around when?
@53m it's coming
Any word on Homecare Dimensions closure or layoffs?
@e5 is this confirmed?
@e6 yes
Are they still open?
They will be gone by end of year
@an who is this person? Need initials
@cc you shouldn’t have to try if you know what your doing. People in leadership should know what they’re doing or they should’ve been in his positions
@an yeah but that same person highly likely won’t be laid off because they are actually trying. It’s a game and you have to play it.
@an that’s all leadership. They are clueless rely on everyone else to do the work and act like they know what they are doing
We have one person on our team who always acts busy like it’s a Medal of Honor to have zero life outside of work asking everyone for something they can t do themselves only to present to leadership pretending it was their idea, totally unreal. So incompetent it’s embarrassing.
Worst management! Self reporting constantly. State is there weekly. Couldn’t even pass accreditation without having to pay them to come back
What are they good for they turn away all the patient referrals.
You want to cut costs cut that money pit!
It's not over yet...
They need to go !
