Idling equipment is going away what about our jobs ? Does this fall under their cost cutting measures ?

The only way this happens is getting rid of american personnel which they are more than happy to do, the ones they can cut easily already have been(aka field) now it's manufacturings turn.
Equipment is expensive but for HAL it is easier and faster to layoff people than equipment
I’m sure if the equipment isn’t enough our jobs will still be at stake since we are all just a number.
Equipment is worth more than us that’s how they see it lol, don’t kid yourself. I guess more consolidation is coming.
